Yesterday I had half a day free!
I went to super cheap auto and picked up some sandpaper, paint stripper and clear coat for $21.
Went home, stripped the paint off the frame, sanded it a bit, went to school, did IPT exam, went home, sanded the frame even more, clear coated, waited for it to dry, clear coated another layer, waited for it to dry and then i clear coated another layer.
End result:

Really happy with how it turned out! Looks so damn clean.
