yesterday (6.8.11, saturday)
i went to my auntie's funeral
we left the house at 8:30 to go to fairfield
there, the monks chanted for 2 hours straight!
then the coffin was put in the car and driven to rookwood
people talked about her and the monks continued their chants there
it was so sad
she was really a good person
she used to own a newsagency and used to supply all the kids with books and pens and snuck us lollies sometimes
she left behind a husband and two sons
kenny, the same age as me and chris, a year older
after everyone said goodbye to her she was cremated at the chapel at rookwood
then we went to the cemetary to visit her first son who passed away aged one
their family has lost so much but they're so damn strong
following that we went to the temple and the monks continued their chants again
after that we were on the way home in the car
then we heard that my uncle had hit a motorcyclist
so we drove back to the scene
the motorcyclist was sent to the hospital and everyone in my uncles car was okay
we stayed there for 2 hours cause the cops were asking questions or something
i never realised cops were so... unintelligent
heres some dumb stuff they did:
- asked me and my family if we were all in the yaris
"were youse all in the yaris?"
wtf how can 10 people fit in a fucken toyota yaris
- blocked off the roads but then cars still managed to get pass
their reaction
"OI COME BACK *car drives off* FUCK!"
- we were sitting in my uncle's car cause there were no chairs around"
"oi you guys cant be here, it's a crime scene. i just found out myself"
- the crime scene was breached
some random guy just walked towards the motorbike that was on the ground and chucked something on it
"OI FUCK WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING AT MY CRIMESCENE"
- made a huge truck have to turn around a narrow street cause it was a crimescene
there were other stupid stuff but i cant remember
then i got home and went to sleep
and now today (7.8.11 sunday)
it's my grandmas birthday
we're gonna surprise her!
okay laterz
