today i went to villawood to go to the skatepark there
it is tiny!
it has one bank, one mini box jump, one 15cm grind ledge and a 3 foot quarter pipe.
there were 2 kids there
they were brothers
one was 4 and the other was 6
they kept asking me if going down the ramp was scary
"is it scary??"
"should i go down if it's scary?"
the 6 year old finally went down the ramp and was so stoked
"OH MAH GAWD I DID IT! IT WASNT SCARY! IT WAS SO EASY!"
good stuff
on the downside
i tried gapping the box jump but cased the landing
ended up with a graze on my right hand pinky knuckle, graze on my elbow, cut on my left hand pink, bruise on my left knee and another graze on my right knee
then my wheel went out of true and kept rubbing on the bike frame
so i practically walked home instead of riding the bike
now that this is happened
i am left with another question
New skateboard or new bike wheel?
